  • While lots of programs focus on "fixing" or "sculpting" your body, I'm more interested in helping you build a friendship with it. We blend Traditional Chinese Medicine, fascial work, and mindful movement in a way that feels less like exercise and more like coming home to yourself. You’ll be able to apply your practice to every movement and moment to bring more ease to your everyday life.

  • All live sessions are recorded and added to the library within 24 hours. You'll never miss out on content, and you can always submit questions ahead of time to be addressed during the live session.

KAITA MRAZEK

Movement has always been my first language. As a professional dancer turned movement practitioner, my journey has woven together dance, psychology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and fascia work into something entirely new. What began as a personal exploration has evolved into The Listening Movement — a space where we can explore the rich inner landscape of our bodies with curiosity and compassion.

For over two decades, I've helped people tune into their body's natural intelligence through a unique blend of fascial re-tuning, mindful movement, and TCM wisdom. My approach isn't about pushing harder or fixing what's "wrong" — it's about learning to listen to the wisdom that already lives within you.

I’m here to walk this path with you—to create space for you to reconnect and discover what your body has been trying to tell you all along.
