Spider Dips

Setup: Lying prone on your mat, bring your hands wide to the sides and tent onto your fingertips. Plug your fingertips into the ground to engage your chest and lift your gaze and back into a cobra shape. Keep resisting from your hands and chest as you lower to the ground.
