What Past Participants Are Saying:

  • "Kaita has crafted an intimate and tranquil retreat within its walls. The practitioner training provided me the opportunity to capture all of the juicy nuggets she’s been offering over the years. The invitation is consistent - to take the framework and use it as a starting point for exploration and tapping in to your own innate wisdom. I could prattle on about her gifts and graces as a teacher and guide, as a human, but I’ll get to the point. What I valued most was the opportunity to spend extended time with such inspiring, intelligent women, exploring the shared path of self discovery; to expound on ideas, share insights, discuss what unfolded for each of us, and find laughter and joy amongst it all."

  • The Listening Movement Practitioner training has enhanced my understanding of the fascial system and its complex integration with the entire body on a profound level. This knowledge layered with the lens of the ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine and Meridian lines provides a rich framework to grasp the intricate mysteries of the body and truly has changed not only my relationship with my body and my awareness of my movement in everyday life, it has changed how I now approach and teach movement to others. The core principles of 'engage' and 'elongate' have empowered me to reach a new level of my awareness and sustainability in my own movement practices as well as my teaching as a practitioner. The focus on building the skill of listening to or deeply sensing the movements is a highly valuable and essential key element that can be applied to any movement modality and enhance its experience. In addition, the community this training provides is invaluable and provides a priceless network of support to engage with the material after the initial training is complete. I would highly recommend this training to be an indispensable supplement to anyone's work in the movement or body work community as a practitioner or teacher as well as movement enthusiasts looking to deepen their connection with their own body!”

  • “I'm so happy I took this workshop. It was a well thought out presentation of Kaita's work in blending different healing modalities into one practice. It wasn't overwhelming or overly ambitious and I was grateful for the time spent in discussion- asking questions that led us down new paths, exploring alternate ways to target the body and hearing what others were experiencing. Kaita is a knowledgeable teacher, compassionate leader and has a beautiful offering for anyone willing to take the leap of faith into listening to the wisdom of their own body.”
