With the signature Listening Movement approach, I meet you where you are, support and validate your needs, and gently guide you toward a more harmonious state. This hands-on fascia work creates major shifts in the body, allowing for deep release and recalibration through the power of outside assistance.

  • Virtual Private Sessions

    Virtual private sessions offer the benefit of expert guidance from the comfort of your own home, using your own props to create a supportive and familiar environment. While I won’t be physically present, I serve as a trained outside eye, helping you build self-awareness, refine your movement intuition, and confidently navigate self-stretch fascial re-tuning techniques. This unique format encourages self-efficacy and empowers you to make meaningful shifts in your body, fostering a consistent and personalized home practice.
