Setup: Start in a lunge position with your hands on two blocks or a ledge for balance and support. Shift your weight to your front foot so you can float your back leg off the ground. Keep a soft bend in your front leg (avoid locking the knee), and lift and lower the floating back leg. You will feel the stretch in your standing leg hamstring.
