Supine Butterfly At The Wall

Setup: Lie on your back, about a handprint away from the wall, with your feet pressed to the wall and knees bent at about 90 degrees. Bring your hands or two blocks to the insides of your knees. Squeeze your knees together as you use your hands to press your knees apart.
